Helicopter Waiver Form

** All tickets include applicable credit card convenience fees. Final schedule will be confirmed by our flight dispatch center.

** ALL CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS ARE BILLED A 4% CANCELLATION FEE.

** For all flights, the waiver listed above must be signed.

**Weight restrictions apply, total passenger weight must not exceed 800 lbs, Individual passenger weight must not exceed 300 lbs **All changes to reservations require seven (7) days advance notice to avoid any additional rescheduling costs.  Any Participants or Individuals who have physical health conditions or concerns such as broken bones, pregnancy or other conditions which are considered to be unsafe may be ineligible to participate. All participants must have a valid photo ID (Passports, Drivers License, or State ID) Children accompanied by a Legal Guardian are not required to have a Photo I.D. unless they are 16 years of age or older. All helicopter flights may be cancelled by the Pilot due to high winds, heavy rain, fog, or other inclement weather conditions. The flight will be rescheduled at no additional costs if this occurs but there are no refunds. 

**Cancellation policy:   As an aircraft, pilot and FAA flight planning is reserved for your time frame, once your flight is booked there are no refunds.  Should you wish to change your flight date or time outside 7 days of departure, a $100 change fee would apply.  Within 7 days, your flight date is firm and any cancellations or changes within the 7 day window will result in the full deposit being charged without exceptions.   Should you arrive up to 10 minutes past your departure time, your flight time will be shortened by that amount.  If you arrive more 10 minutes past your departure time, your flight will be forfeited and no refund will be given.      Michigan Helicopters reserves the right to amend flight paths for safety without giving notice to passengers.  Flight routes will be altered during sports events to avoid restricted airspace.  All passengers must present a valid government issued ID for security purposes.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Michigan Helicopters reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers at any time.  Michigan Helicopters reserves the right to alter or terminate any flights due to any circumstances including weather, security, maintenance, emergencies, aircraft availability or acts of God.  

** COVID POLICIES:

Due to Covid-19 precautions, the aircraft, headset,  and touch points will be disinfected prior to your arrival.  Feel free to bring your own mask to be worn on the flight as an added precaution.  

If any client exhibits a fever of 100 F or above and other symptoms of COVID-19 (persistent cough, rapid breathing, difficulty breathing, diarrhea, vomiting, chills, flushed cheeks, fatigue, or extreme fussiness, etc.) or any contagious disease similar in scope to COVID-19, the client will inform Michigan Helicopters immediately,

If any client has tested positive for COVID-19 or any contagious disease similar in scope to COVID-19, the Client will inform Michigan Helicopters immediately.

If any client has been in close contact with anyone who has or develops COVID-19 or any contagious disease similar in scope to COVID-19, the Client will inform Michigan Helicopters immediately.
